CALBAYOG CITY- The city government of Calbayog is taking part in activities spearheaded by the Department of Health in line with the observance of the Natural Family Planning Month this August.
One of the activities on which the city is pouring its resources into is the dissemination of family planning information and the provision of necessary family planning services to couples.
In an effort to reduce the health risks women and children face resulting from frequent pregnancy, and to lessen the incidence of teenage pregnancy in the community the city government in coordination with the DOH and various sectors of society is advancing the proper use of family planning methods.
