CALBAYOG CITY - The anti-illegal drugs team of the local police force succeeded in arresting three out of the four suspected drug sellers during two buy-bust operations conducted separately in Barangays Obrero and Carmen on February 16, 2016.
Police officers apprehended Arnel Paulino, widower, jobless and Norman Moises, married, a pedicab driver in a drug buy-bust operations conducted at around 3:00 o’clock at the residence of suspect Paulino in Purok 4 of Barangay Obrero.
Along with several heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, several drug paraphernalia confiscated from suspect Paulino were two pieces of marked one-hundred-peso-bills bearing serial numbers BN408063 and ZF920087 which was allegedly used by a poseur-buyer in exchange for a small heat-sealed plastic sachet reportedly containing suspected shabu that the suspect handed out.

The other suspect, Norman Moises who happened to be in the house of suspect Paulino at that time was also reportedly confiscated of heat-sealed plastic sachets allegedly containing white crystalline substance.
In another buy-bust operations shortly more than two hours later, 35-year-old construction worker Allan Palloc was apprehended in Barangay Carmen while another suspect in his company, Val Mancol, married, jobless and a resident of Barangay San Policarpo managed to escape from the police team.

Confiscated from suspect Palloc were drug paraphernalia, empty plastic sachets and two pieces of marked one-hundred-peso bills allegedly used to purchase some quantity of the prohibited substance by the police asset who acted as buyer.
All of the three arrested suspects are currently confined in the lock-up cell while filing of appropriate cases are being prepared against all four suspects - three in police custody and one at-large - in the buy-bust operations.
